I enjoyed the early check-in. My room was ready despite arriving around 11am, a relief after my flight from Athens. The location is fantastic, right in the center of Heraklion. The breakfast offered a good variety, with options like Greek yogurt and fruits. On the downside, parking arrangements were a hassle-I had to leave my car in a nearby business that wasn't very professional. The room had some issues. I found it too cold at night due to a lack of blankets and noticed dust accumulating quickly. There was also street noise late at night, especially with people knocking on doors at odd hours. The staff, however, were polite and responsive to my needs.

great view from the balcony, convenient location to access local attractions, several nearby street food options
Shower cramped!!! Cleanliness could use improvement, especially floors!!! A stark update on room decor would enhance overall ambiance!!! Wi-Fi signal weak in some rooms, using it was more of a challenge than expected!!!

The room was clean and the size of the room was ok for a family of 5.
The location was in the center of town, very noisy. Because of that we needed to sleep with the windows closed, but the airconditioning was poor.

Great, new bathrooms! Rooms are spacious for solo travelers, helpful at the desk, overall a great choice!
Taking the bus from the ferry was a bit challenging finding the right bus that passes by the hotel, especially on your arrival.

Staying here exceeded my expectations! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the city center. The breakfast spread was good, with a mix of continental options and traditional Greek dishes. My room was cozy and perfectly soundproof.

I really liked the Hotel. It's new, in a very good location in the center of the city (and close to the port also, which is very important). Beds are very confortable, Internet connection it's good, same with breackfast. They have city and island maps to offer. For sure if I think to come back to Crete, I will stay in this Hotel.

The location was spot on for exploring the city, and the rooms were really comfortable. We also enjoyed lounging on the spacious balcony. Breakfast had a great mix of options, including delicious fruits and Greek yogurt. We even found some local eateries nearby that were fun to check out.
One downside was that the wifi was a bit slow and unresponsive at times, frustrating for us when trying to plan our days.

Good location in centre of town close walking to everything, easy to get around. For tea or coffee visit Doukas Art Cafe nearby. Modern, neat rooms in terms of facilities. A great selection of OUTSTANDING food at breakfast time.

The location was great being only a short walk from the central city square and the Old Port area. The rooms were very modern and clean - it seemed like they were newly fitted out and the beds were super comfortable.
There were no safes in the rooms.

Location is OK. Private parking is available. The room is beyond my expectation given the price.
No breakfast is included. Staff speak little English.
